IMW Specialists is a family-run company with the professional feel expected from larger companies. We are experts in the fields of insulation and waterproofing. We only perform the work that we specialized in so you can be sure that our technicians have the training and expertise to give you the best service possible.
When we are at your home, we treat it like our home. We cover the floor with drop cloths or paper and any furniture or items with protective plastic. We clean the area at the end of every day, even if we will be coming back the next day to continue working. For mold remediation work, we create air-tight containment areas with 6mil plastic and use HEPA air scrubbers.
IMW Specialists has all of the relevant licenses and insurance for the work that we perform. We are also members of professional organizations, such as the Insulation Contractors of America and The National Association of Mold Remediators & Inspectors. These organizations hold their members to a code of ethics and have a credential and continuing education requirements.
Not only is our company held to a high standard, each one of our technicians is required to go through our companies training, acquire the relevant certification for the relevant work, participate in continuing education, and hold an OSHA safety certificate.

Great experience with this company. Tom gave a great estimate and had a some cool tech that was literally the difference in choosing between the other very good estimates. The owner, Liam, was easily available and returned multiple texts/calls with either a text or a call. He fit our job into their schedule on relatively short notice as I was coordinating the insulation job (which included removal of old Vermiculite and ancient blown-in) with a new air conditioning system installation. The crew of four showed up on time with plenty of coordination to ensure I was home for the job as I travel weekly. The job took longer than the crew expected as the new air conditioning ducting was extensive and impeded their access to the old insulation removal, but their effort was TRULY professional and they executed the job with significant attention to detail. Exceptional work and I would highly recommend them to anyone looking for an insulation contractor.
